Jawatan Kosong Sr. Analyst, Demand Management - APAC in Kuala Lumpur Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

The position is responsible for working with all the APAC 14 markets cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy improvement and maintaining the item level forecast in the global forecasting system for APAC region to meet both service level and inventory management objectives. To support new products launching in APAC markets from demand management & forecasting perspective.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (N/A)

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Interacts with all levels and functions throughout the organization:

• Global: Demand management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management
• Regional: FP&A, Licensing, Marketing, MS
• Local: Logistics, Country Management, Sales & Marketing, FP&A

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.

• Hosting monthly collaboration forecast meetings with 14 markets cross functional team to drive the forecast accuracy improvement
• Item level forecast review and Forecasting system maintenance
• New Product Forecast: working with regional/ local Marketing, Project Management to forecast new products’ demand before launching & ensure the appropriate stock prepared for launching.
• New Product launch support: working with regional/ local Marketing, Project Management, and other related teams to ensure new product supply meet the latest product launch schedule after SKU release
• Monthly forecast & new product launch related KPI reports

• Data analysis and report development • Coordinating and training the APAC Supply Chain Standard Operation Procedure at regular basis.

• Other assigned project as needed

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Business Science/ Industrial Engineering and/or Logistics
• At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in Planning or Supply Chain management. Experience with sales forecast analysis, demand planning and/ or production planning, and/ or material planning.
• Experience with inventory control systems and/ or ERP/MRP software (Oracle preferred)
• Good knowledge of the English language (both verbal and in writing)
• Industry experience in food supplement, pharmaceutical, personal care is a plus

• Regional working experience is a plus • Excellent in Excel, and Good PowerPoint skill is a plus

• Good communication skills • Strong mind of continuous improvement, customer and result orientation

• Good planning skills, able to set right priorities
• Ability to function as an effective team member and work well in a moderate stressful environment
