Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Putrajaya. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building relationships with clients, providing expert advice on our range of aesthetic products and wellness treatments, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Greet and engage clients, providing personalized consultations to understand their beauty and wellness needs.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our aesthetic products and wellness treatments, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling opportunities.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, sales or related industries.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology, aesthetics, or related fields is a plus.
