Junior Executive – Sales Support & Admin

About the Role

We are a dynamic real estate agency looking for a Sales & Operations Support Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This junior position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in real estate while starting with strong foundational skills in sales support and administration.

You will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Director and Team Leaders through research, telemarketing, and coordination, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day administration at the office. Career progression is available for motivated individuals who wish to advance into more senior roles in sales, marketing, or operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Team Support

· Assist Team Leaders with telemarketing and follow-up calls.

· Perform property and owner research using in-house systems/databases.

· Support the preparation of sales materials, call lists, and reports.

2. Executive Support

· Provide day-to-day assistance to the Centre Director.

· Help with coordination of meetings, schedules, and reporting.

3. Administration

· Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.

· Ensure smooth office operations and record-keeping.

Requirements

· Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an advantage).

· Comfortable with phone calls, data entry, and research tasks.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
