We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and support the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain across the globe.

This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, liaising with suppliers and freight partners, and ensuring logistics operations run efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, good under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and transport providers
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and related logistics paperwork
• Monitor inventory movement and support stock coordination where needed
• Resolve delivery, freight, customs, or shipment issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting
• Work closely with internal teams including operations, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or a similar coordination role
