Requirements:

• At least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and technical reporting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with involvement in high-rise hotel developments.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Work location: Langkawi, Kedah.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
• Provide take-off measurement for work progress claims
• Conduct site joint measurement with the consultant.
• Prepare work progress claims for submission.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
