Job Scope

• Inspection and Testing: Performing quality inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process items, and final products to verify they meet specified standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring processes, analyzing data to identify trends, creating reports on quality performance, and presenting findings to management.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigating the causes of defects or non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and improve future quality.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Using various measuring tools and electronic equipment for inspection and testing.
• Procedure Development: Creating and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall product quality and consistency.
• Collaboration: Working with production teams, suppliers, and other departments to address quality concerns and maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Auditing and Training: Participating in audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
