A Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing Group (Shah Alam, Selangor)

The role reports to a CHRO based in Singapore and leads a team of 4 Direct Reports and 4-5 Functional Reports based in 3 different plants with a total headcount of about 1,000.

Required:

• An HR Leader with excellent communication skills in English and executive presence, who has a good blend of strategic HR, HR Business Partnering and HR operations management experience.
• IR/ER experience is a must. Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred though candidates from the Engineering or Industrial businesses are acceptable too.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM20,000.00 per month
