Key Responsibilities
* Order Processing: Create, verify, and process purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), and requisitions.
* Vendor Coordination: Contact suppliers to request price quotations, negotiate basic terms, and follow up on delayed deliveries.
* Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, record inventory data, and assist with stock replenishment.
* Administrative Support: Maintain accurate filing systems, update databases, and log shipping or receiving documents.
* Invoice Verification: Cross-reference vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies.
Remark:
Candidate must able to work at both Nusajaya & Senai area
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
