We are now looking for one key person to manage daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• To focus on managing the daily operations of the company.
• To manage coordination, follow-ups and execution across operations.
• To manage student, parent, and tutor operations.
• To ensure operational tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to SOP.
• To assist in planning, organising, and executing business activities and programs.
• To help track tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and internal workflows.
• To work and communicate closely with tutors and parents.
• To assist in matching/selecting suitable tutors for students.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Founder.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong attention to detail and follows through on tasks until completion.
• Is highly organised, disciplined, and reliable.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has initiative, not just waiting for instructions.
• Can think, suggest ideas, and help improve systems.
• Is emotionally mature, professional, and knows work boundaries.
• Can handle multiple tasks without panicking.
• Willing to learn, grow, and take responsibility.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (Degree is an advantage).
• Experience in operations, admin, customer service, education, or management is an advantage.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & basic English).
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic systems.
• Able to organise information, data, and tasks neatly.
• Able to work in Seri Iskandar, Perak.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am – 1.30pm

Salary & Benefits:

• Probation salary: RM1,700 - RM1,900,
• After probation: RM2,000 – RM2,300 (based on performance)
• EPF, SOCSO & SIP.
• Full-time position.
• Training and close guidance provided.
