IT Project Manager

The Project Manager manages the team resources, responsible for project planning, acts as a central point for communication, both internally and externally.

Job Description

1. Lead the implementation of the project in accordance with the solution & scope of the project directed by the Solution Architect, ensuring that the project target is achieved in accordance with the set target, completed on time without issues or problems

2. Stakeholder management of all levels at the client to quickly identify possible errors and create further business opportunities at the client

3. Ensure that the Quality Assurance process is carried out by the Solution Architect Team and become the coordinator and facilitator for the project team related to solutions and integration with third parties

4. Ensure that the project documents signed by WCS/WGBS and the client are complete based on the project phase and ensure that all project documents produced during implementation are stored in the WCS repository (Share point).

Qualifications

• Able to speak and understand Mandarin is a must.
• A degree in a Science or IT-related field.
• Proven experience in IT solution deployments.
• Practical experience in the support of IT systems in the laboratory area. In particular, Laboratory Data Management Systems (LIMS) e.g. Labvantage Labware, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with laboratory processes, including an understanding of LIMS workflows, quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of LIMS systems such as STARLIMS, CCLAS, LabVantage, or similar platforms would be highly advantageous.
• Availability for occasional travel to different operational sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
