Jawatan Kosong Assistant - Animal Keeper in Ipoh

JOB SUMMARY

• To refer and strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures set for the specific animal.
• To strictly adhere to the Company Rules and Regulations set within the department.
• To ensure punctuality and attendance are strictly adhered in accordance to the duty roster set by the superior.
• To be well informed of the facilities and services available in Lost World of Tambun. (Product Knowledge)
• To ensure all operating equipment are in good condition and well maintained.
• To perform any other duties as required by the management.
• To ensure animal exhibits are well maintained, and lighted for customer view.
• To be responsible for all animals husbandry. To ensure staff follow the standards and SOP set by the management.
• To monitor health of animals on a daily basis by observing eating habits, general activity, behaviour and appearance, interaction with others.
• To assist Animal Keeper for monitor and reports animal health issues to manager/ veterinarian on daily basis.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidates with minimum SPM or equivalent are welcome to apply;
• Presentable and well-groomed always;
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity;
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage;
• Good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Competencies in writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages would be an added advantage;
• Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required;
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN, IPOH, PERAK
