Jawatan Kosong Accounts Administrator Assistant in Kota Bharu

1. Menyediakan voucher, invois dan penyata akaun.

2. Memproses pungutan akaun yang belum diterima.

3. Menjalankan tugas asas pejabat, termasuk menjawab telefon, membalas e-mel, filing.

4. Menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan perakaunan atau dokumentasi yang berlaku.

5. Memberi maklum balas dan menyelesaikan dengan sewajarnya kepada pertanyaan pelanggan.

6. Bertanggungjawab memproses transaksi tunai, kredit dan cek menggunakan mesin daftar tunai.

7. Menyediakan laporan kewangan, laporan perbelanjaan dan memantau transaksi harian.

8. Melakukan opening/closing tunai setiap hari.

9. Melakukan tugas yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
