JAWATAN KOSONG – SALES REPRESENTATIVE (GENERAL TRADE)

Produk: Coklat & Confectionery

Lokasi: Seri Kembangan

SKOP KERJA:

• Mengurus & melawat outlet seperti mini market, kedai runcit & wholesaler
• Menjual dan mempromosikan produk coklat syarikat
• Mencapai target jualan bulanan (KPI)
• Membuka akaun outlet baru & luaskan kawasan jualan
• Pastikan susunan produk menarik & stok mencukupi
• Jalankan promosi & aktiviti merchandising di kedai
• Pantau produk pesaing & harga pasaran
• Urus kutipan bayaran pelanggan
• Hantar report jualan & feedback market

GAJI & FAEDAH:

• Gaji Basic: RM2,500
• Elaun Tetap: RM300 (petrol/transport)
• Komisen: 1% – 3% jualan bulanan

Bonus Performance:

• Capai 100% target → RM300
• Capai 120% target → RM800

KELAYAKAN:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (Business/Marketing atau berkaitan)
• Pengalaman sales FMCG adalah kelebihan
• Komunikasi & negotiation yang baik
• Seorang yang target-driven & berdikari
• Ada kenderaan sendiri & lesen memandu
• Sanggup travel dalam kawasan kerja

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
