Jawatan Kosong Site Engineer in Johor Bahru

• Working under supervision of Site Manager, to monitoring work progress at site and to ensure the completion of tasks within the time frame.
• To co-ordinate and report periodically to the Site Manager on the project status and progress.
• Manages the installation team to ensure site installation and material used adherence the design specifications.
• Resolve construction technical matters and problems, discrepancy of drawings and defective complaints raise by clients and purchasers during defects liability period.
• Assign and supervise daily workforce for supervisor and workers.
• Prepare work programme and progress report.
• Monitor & control labour, material & machinery mobilization.
• Identify & raise discrepancy between construction drawings from different disciplines E.g.: Architectural, C&S, M&E etc.
• Organize & attend to defects rectification issues during DLP.
• Work programme and progress report.
• Monitor and schedule material delivery.
• To conduct sub-con coordination meeting so that all the sub-cons are work as a team and well-co-ordinated to fulfil the specification and timeline.
• Any other AD Hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:-

• At least Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or building related discipline.
• Fresh graduate has similar experience will also be considered.
• A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourcefulness is an essential skill for problem solving at site.
• Good communication skill.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
