Qualification & Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Store Manager, or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Basic financial acumen and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Inventory management skills.

Job Description

• Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff members.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Promote and upsell menu items.
• Monitor daily sales and control expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Ensure all staff are trained in food safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Perform any tasks as assigned by superior.
