Job Overview :

As a Site Supervisor (Civil), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Inspect and review work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and progress updates.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 4 years related experiences as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
