• Membantu pasukan dalam penjualan dengan melayani pelanggan secara online atau offline melalui lead yang diperolehi dari media sosial.
• Membuat posting ke laman sosial seperti FB dan IG
• Perlu mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
• Mengetahui masalah pelanggan dan cara mengatasi.
• Mengetahui kelebihan produk untuk memudahkan dalam proses penjualan.
• Memantau perjalanan kerja supaya kerja dapat disiapkan seperti dijanjikan kepada pelanggan.
• Sentiasa mengemaskini perkembangan produk kepada pelanggan dari semasa ke semasa dan meminta bayaran daripada pelanggan mengikut peringkat seperti yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
