Jawatan Kosong Assistant Human Resources Manager in Shah Alam

An established Group of Companies in Property Developer and Building Contractor located at Mahi Sing Industrial Park Session U5 ,Shah Alma, looking the following suitable candidate: -

Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities: .

• Assists in the development and implementation of performance appraisal system , coordinating performance review, collaborate with HOD to set employee goals and development plans.
• Assits in special HR projects, such as diversity initiative , talent development program.
• Support efforts to engage employees and improve job satisfaction.
• Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
• Assist in managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring, assessment and interview program, counsel and provide guidance when necessary to managers on candidate selection and hiring standard
• Organize team-building and morale-boosting activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in HR related field or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Full-Time positions available.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
