Job description;

• Involved in architectural design works
• Coordinating projects from concept, documentation and all submissions to local authorities.
• Planning and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawing
• Drawings according to required standards, codes and admin submission.
• Council and authority applications and follow up.
• Design meetings and construction site visits.
• Construction drawings
• Building permit documentation.
• Liaising with consultants, councils and authorities for applications and permits.

Skills & requirement;

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge in completing construction documentation and tender documentation.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
• In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
• Positive mindset and good team player.
