SKOP KERJA PEMBANTU KAFE

• Membantu menyediakan makanan dan minuman mengikut menu dan standard kafe.
• Mengambil dan menyediakan pesanan pelanggan dengan tepat dan cepat.
• Melayan pelanggan dengan mesra, sopan dan profesional.
• Memastikan kebersihan ruang makan, kaunter, dapur dan peralatan sentiasa terjaga.
• Membantu mengemas dan menyusun stok bahan mentah serta barangan kafe.
• Memastikan bahan makanan dan minuman mencukupi untuk operasi harian.
• Membantu mengendalikan pembayaran dan urusan kaunter jika diperlukan.
• Memastikan makanan dan minuman disediakan mengikut standard kualiti yang ditetapkan.
• Mematuhi SOP kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan operasi kafe.
• Membantu tugasan harian lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pengurusan.
