WE ARE HIRING!BATTERY SALES EXECUTIVE / SALESPERSON

Industry: Automotive & Commercial Vehicle Batteries
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial battery products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with workshops, automotive dealers, fleet operators, and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and secure sales orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management.
• Provide product information and after-sales support to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, deliveries, and customer orders.
• Prepare sales reports and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, preferably in automotive batteries, spare parts, or related industries.
• Candidates with existing customer networks in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and develop new business opportunities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.
