Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and process.
• Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures.
• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
• Create, implement, and manage onboarding plans.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
• Responsible in ensuring all employee data and records are frequently updated.
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
• Assist on payroll administrative input and calculation for monthly salary, and other payment for statutory requirements such as SOSCO, EPF, EIS, LHDN for non-executive employees.
• Track and monitor employee attendance with Time Management System (TMS).
• Ensure the compliance and adherence to the company Health & safety policies,
• Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.

Requirements and qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources/ Business or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labour laws
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Power Point
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solver, strong ethical standards
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage

Salary Range: RM2500-RM4000

Job benefits: Staff Purchase Discount,Claimable medical visit (up to RM900/year), claimable mileage, parking & tolls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
