JAWATAN KOSONG: PENGUTIP HUTANG CUCKOO – SEPENUH MASA

Kami sedang mencari individu yang berdedikasi dan berdisiplin untuk mengisi jawatan sebagai Pengutip Hutang (Full-Time). Jika anda seorang yang tegas, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bersedia bekerja secara sepenuh masa, kami mahu anda!

Lokasi: Indera Mahkota 3, Kuantan, Pahang

Waktu Bekerja:

• Sepenuh masa sahaja
• Isnin – Jumaat: 9:00 pagi – 6:00 petang
• Sabtu: 9:00 pagi – 2:00 petang

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Menghubungi pelanggan bagi mengutip bayaran tertunggak.
• Mengemas kini dan mengurus rekod pembayaran pelanggan.
• Memberikan penjelasan tentang tunggakan dan opsyen pembayaran.
• Mengendalikan situasi sukar dengan cara profesional.
• Memastikan kutipan mengikut garis panduan syarikat.

Kelayakan:

• Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
• Mempunyai laptop atau Chromebook adalah WAJIB.
• Pengalaman dalam kutipan hutang adalah satu kelebihan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
• Tegas, sabar dan berdisiplin.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu dan berkumpulan.
