As a Branch Manager at Konica Minolta, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee daily operations, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance brand reputation.

What you need to do?

  • Oversee the branch activities related to internal services, operational issues and communication between branch administrators and headquarters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Manage branch budgets and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance.

What we are looking for?

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in any industry and involving in branch operation related matters.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations and possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement.
  • Willingness to travel as required for company or client meetings and exhibitions.
  • Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint).
