Car Rental Industry

We’re looking for a responsible, proactive and organised individual with strong team management skills to join MYEZGO!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Manage daily car rental operations, including bookings, vehicle handovers, returns and maintenance.

✅ Manage and Ensure staff comply with company SOPs and service standards.

✅ Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks and monitor staff performance.

✅ Monitor vehicle availability, cleanliness, condition and maintenance schedules.

✅ Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.

✅ Monitor payments, outstanding balances, rental extensions and overdue returns.

✅ Prepare operational and sale reports for management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a valid Class D driving licence. Be proficient in using computers and office applications. Have good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Be organised, disciplined and able to prioritise multiple tasks. Be willing to work on weekends or public holidays according to the duty roster. Experience in car rental operations, fleet management, customer service or sales is an advantage.
