Position Summary — Finance Controller

As a key member of our financial leadership team, the Finance Controller will oversee financial planning, reporting, controls, and strategic decision support. The role will act as a bridge between financial and non-financial stakeholders, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process optimization while driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget development (revenue, cost, productivity) and monthly rolling forecasts, analyzing performance against targets and setting actionable goals.

● Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly performance reviews, variance reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.

● Cost Control: Optimize cost structures by identifying savings opportunities, implementing efficiency strategies, and monitoring expenditures.

● Risk Management: Assess financial risks, design mitigation policies, and ensure robust internal controls.

● Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate financial policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

● Excellent communication in written and verbal, With strong judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills.

● Proven leadership in financial reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

● Language Skills : English, Malay, Mandarin.
