JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Solar PV team. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, presenting Solar PV solutions, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and other business development activities.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Solar PV solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, sales presentations, and product briefings.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, company events, and other sales activities when required.
• Achieve assigned sales and cash collection targets.
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM3,500/month, based on cash collection performance
• Attractive Sales Commission Scheme

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, construction, property, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other local dialects will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
