1. Pengurusan proses permohonan syarikat panel

2. Pengurusan proses pendaftaran syarikat panel

3. Pengurusan penyediaan SOP untuk setiap syarikat panel

4. Pengurusan penggunaan perlindungan kesihatan syarikat panel

5. Pengurusan proses claim penggunaan perlindungan kesihatan syarikat panel

6. Bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan sebarang masalah yang timbul semasa dalam proses claim yang melibatkan pesakit

7. Pengurusan pembayaran perlindungan kesihatan syarikat panel

8. Bertanggungjawab untuk tracking status pembayaran daripada semua syarikat panel bagi setiap bulan

9. Pengurusan audit claim syarikat panel
