Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive in Kuantan

Job Description:

* To manage online/offline sales platform.
* Follow up and reply customer from online/offline sales platform.
*To attend customers phone calls related to products and order inquiries.

*To handle customers inquiry & related customer issues,sales coordination & administration and stock inventory.

*Work closely with warehouse department to ensure customer requirement are well coordinated.

*To coordinate daily work with sales & marketing team and superior.

*To coordinate sales department in preparation of quotation,Delivery order and Invoice accurately.

*Monitoring and tracking of quotation to reach customer in a timely manner.

*Follow up quotation status and reply customer's enquiry on time.

*Responsible for order processing and coordination with customer and production/logistic.

*Assist in arrangement of logistic matters to ensure timely delivery of customer order.

*To handle daily administrative duties and any other sales supporting tasks assigned.
* Taking goods photo or video

Requirements:

*SPM & Above

*Sales Experience Preferred
*Ability to communicate in English,Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin

*Good interpersonal Skill-Able to work well in a team& with clients.

*Hardworking,punctual,committed and good discipline.

*Computer literate.

*Willing to learn and committed to work.

*Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
