Jawatan Kosong Senior Project Manager Project Management in Melaka Plan, organise, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost.
In your new role you will:

• Plan, organize, and control the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach.
• Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).
• Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Backend to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc).
• Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
• Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
• Drive problem-solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, etc.
• Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges.
• Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc).
• Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C) mandatory.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience and 4 years of leading projects.
• Very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
• Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
• Ability to lead the team to solve the complex problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc)
