WE ARE HIRING | Call Administrator

Location: Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old (Completed SPM)
• Minimum SPM with Credit in Bahasa Melayu & Sejarah
• Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends & public holidays
• Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally
• Record and update customer information accurately
• Coordinate and manage call-related administration
• Ensure prompt and efficient support to customers
