Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Sales executive to join our electrical and home appliance retail shop in Batu caves.

You will be responsible for serving walk-in customers, assisting with product enquiries, maintaining shop cleanliness, supporting daily shop operations, and helping the team achieve sales targets.

Products include TV, fridge, washing machine, air-cond, water heater, small appliances, and other home electrical products.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and assist with product enquiries.
• Explain basic product features, prices, promotions, warranty, delivery, and installation arrangements.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Support daily shop operations and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organised.
• Arrange product displays and ensure price tags/promotional materials are updated.
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the team when needed.
• Assist with customer order processing, payment arrangement, delivery details, and after-sales follow-up.
• Handle customer questions in a polite and professional manner.
• Support sales team during campaigns, promotions, and busy periods.
• Perform any other shop operation tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Able to speak English and Malay. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred, but not compulsory.
• Experience in electrical appliances, furniture, mobile phone, or retail sales will be an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to work as a team.
