Every great customer experience begins with someone who knows how to listen, solve problems, and make people's day a little easier. We're looking for Customer Service Executives to support one of Southeast Asia's leading ride hailing and food delivery platforms.

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers through calls, live chat, and email. You'll assist with enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure every customer walks away with a positive experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this role suitable for both experienced candidates and those looking to begin a career in customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer focused with a positive attitude
• Comfortable handling phone calls, live chats, and emails
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to commit to a 24-hour rotational schedule

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, live chat, and email
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Achieve service quality and KPI targets
• Follow company procedures and customer service standards
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

The Company Offers:

• Basic Salary: RM2,100 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM400
• One month of paid training
• EPF & SOCSO
• 12 Days Annual Leave
• 14 Days Medical Leave
