JAWATAN: CONTENT CREATOR & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE – CUSTOBINET.

OBJEKTIF: Menghasilkan content kreatif dan berpotensi viral untuk meningkatkan brand awareness CustoBinet, mendidik audiens tentang kabinet & interior, menjana prospek melalui content dan iklan, serta membina TRIBE CustoBinet.

TANGGUNGJAWAB:

(1) Menghasilkan video pendek untuk TikTok, FB dan IG Reels serta muncul di hadapan kamera sebagai wajah CustoBinet.

(2) Menghasilkan content edukasi tentang kabinet, material, harga, tips renovation dan proses pembuatan.

(3) Merakam projek, kilang dan pemasangan, serta melakukan basic editing dan subtitle.

(4) Mengikuti trend FYP, menghasilkan hook yang kuat dan menganalisis prestasi content.

(5) Menerbitkan content secara konsisten mengikut content calendar dan memantau komen serta engagement.

(6) Memantau iklan setiap hari (perbelanjaan, CTR, kos per lead), menyemak setting campaign baharu dan melaporkan iklan yang underperform.

(7) Membalas mesej, merekod lead dan menyerahkannya kepada Sales dengan segera.

KPI: Konsistensi content, views dan reach, engagement rate, pertumbuhan followers, jumlah lead berkualiti, kos per lead dan ketepatan laporan iklan.

KELAYAKAN WAJIB: Kreatif, berani di hadapan kamera, faham TikTok/IG/FB, ada kemahiran basic video editing, teliti dengan data dan boleh bekerja sendiri atau dalam team.

KELEBIHAN: Pengalaman sebagai Content Creator atau Digital Marketing, ada portfolio, mahir CapCut/Canva dan biasa dengan Meta atau TikTok Ads Manager.

PERSONALITI: Berani, kreatif, proaktif, teliti, trend-savvy dan sentiasa mahu belajar.
