Jawatan Kosong Admin Sale Support in Bangi

• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
• Handle admin and daily operation activities
• File data and related information, maintain and update databases.
• Prepare & Email Quotations to customer & follow-up
• Able to sourcing & responsible for finding the best deal on material, supplies and order good.
• Liaise with customer and supplier
• Perform other related duties as assign and when necessary.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines,
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed by Management
• Working experience in the related field is added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Certificate/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Male & Females
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office Word,Excel,Power Point
• Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking
• Must Posses Own Transportation
• Good Communication in English
• Candidates that able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
