Responsibilities:

To manage and monitor the following:

• Property Asset registration, disposal and transfer
• Repair and maintenance, security, upgrading, improvement and development.
• Rental, sales and purchase
• Auditing, inspection and reporting
• Other related duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
• ·Preferable those with minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills
