Jawatan Kosong Customer Renewal Officer in Petaling Jaya

Job Description :

• Inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to offer vehicle renewal services.
• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Explain service features and benefits, including cost savings, convenience, compliance, and time efficiency.
• Tailor recommendations based on customer needs and highlight value-added services.
• Follow structured scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging communication style.
• Prepare and send accurate, customized quotations with clear pricing, terms, and service details.
• Address customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Job Requirements

• 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate must be computer savvy.
• Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
