We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Lorry Driver cum Storekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment safely to project sites, while also assisting in managing the company's warehouse operations, inventory, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities (Lorry Driver Duties)

• Safely operate company lorries (5-ton and below).
• Deliver HVAC materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts to project sites.
• Collect materials from suppliers and deliver them to the warehouse or project sites.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Ensure Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents are properly signed and returned.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations and company safety requirements.
• Travel outstation when required.

Storekeeper Duties

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Issue materials to project teams according to approved Material Requisition Forms.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.
• Monitor stock levels and report items requiring replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory system or Excel.
• Assist in loading and preparing materials for daily site deliveries.
• Support general warehouse and logistics operations as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence and GDL Licence.
• Minimum 2 years' experience driving a 5-ton or below lorry.
• Experience in warehouse or storekeeping is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and self-disciplined.
• Good attendance and positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Melaka and surrounding states.
• Willing to work overtime and travel outstation when required.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, or inventory systems) is an advantage.
• Experience in the HVAC, M&E, engineering, or construction industry is an added advantage.
