Jawatan Kosong Sales Assistant in Ipoh

• Diploma in pharmacy or health sciences or any equivalent
• OR; SPM with min 2 years experience in retail business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail pharmacy / healthcare store is an added advantage
• Able to work under minimum supervision & highly discipline
• Friendly and energetic
• Excellent and good in marketing communication skills

Able to start immediately!!

Salary from RM1700 to RM2300 (Based on retail experienced)

1. MUST be punctual when reporting for duty. Any leave absence must

be immediately informed to KPJHS HQ personnel.

2. Ensure safe proper handling of outlet’s keys and security features of

outlets. Any loss of outlet keys will be beared by outlet staff.

3. Maintain excellent housekeeping and cleanliness of the outlet.

4. Provide good customer service to all customers.

5. Handle customer complaints in a polite and gracious manner.

6. Responsible for proper handling of POS cash register opening and

closing.

7. Ensure sufficient small cash denominations on hand.

8. Ensure that daily collected sales are banked in on weekly basis.

9. Responsible for the arrangement of products on the shelves in a

neat and orderly manner and according to FIFO (first in, first out).

10. Ensure that stocks are arranged according to their item group and

item type.

11. Ensure that sufficient stocks displayed on the shelves.

12. Issue Request Quotation and Purchase Order to suppliers to

replenish stocks.

13. Attend to sales representatives.

14. Attend new product training at outlet premise with suppliers and/or

refresher training to increase knowledge of products.

15. Monitor stocks expiry dates and make arrangements with suppliers

for purchase return or exchange.

16. Conduct random stock count in their outlets on a weekly basis. Any

discrepancies must be immediately informed to KPJ Healthshoppe

HQ personnel.

17. Will be involved in major stock count on a quarterly basis.

18. Responsible to issue Stock Issue and Stock Receive for stocks from

other outlets.

19. Responsible to handle promoter attendance and etiquette.

20. Ensure that stocks arranged in store room in a neat and orderly

manner.

21. Responsible to register customers as members.

22. Ensure that all promotional activities are implemented.

23. Ensure that all price revision price labels are updated accordingly.

24. MUST keep abreast will all KPJHS HQ email updates.

25. Perform other administrative tasks when required by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
