Jawatan Kosong Account Admin Executive in Nusajaya

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for handling the overall accounting affairs of the company. Familiarize yourself with the accounting of general taxpayers and small-scale taxpayers, and conduct bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring complete procedures, accurate data, and clear accounts.
• Ensure the timely and accurate declaration of various taxes and fees.
• Sort out and bind accounting materials and relevant economic materials on a monthly basis, making sure that documents are complete, vouchers are neat, beautiful, and easy to check.
• Be responsible for the management, verification, and preservation of invoices and related financial materials.
• Calculate employees' salaries, declare and pay the five social insurances and one housing fund as well as individual income tax.
• Calculate sales data and so on.
• Those with human resources experience will be given preference.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Have a proficient command of handling the overall accounting work and be familiar with accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Be proficient in using office software and financial software, and have a good command of Word and Excel operations.
• Possess good professional ethics, be meticulous and rigorous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, as well as good communication skills and team spirit.
• Have two years or more working experience in handling the overall accounting work.
• Have a college degree or above, major in accounting, finance, taxation or related fields. Those who understand English will be given preference.
