Type of Employment : Full-time

Rates : RM 2800-3500/month

Location : Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
• Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email and informing clients about new services and discounts
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Provide good customer service

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING:

• At least 1-year related experience
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
• Experience in retail or telemarketing is a plus
• Flexible and willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
• Active and cheerful characteristics
• Mandarin and Korean language proficiency will be advantage
