• Khidmat Pelanggan: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, memahami keperluan mereka, dan memberikan cadangan produk.
• Pengetahuan Produk: Mendalami pengetahuan tentang produk atau perkhidmatan untuk memberitahu dan menasihati pelanggan dengan berkesan.
• Teknik Jualan: Menggunakan teknik penjualan yang meyakinkan untuk mempromosikan produk dan meningkatkan jualan.
• Mencapai Sasaran Jualan: Berkerja ke arah mencapai sasaran jualan individu dan berkumpulan.
• Penyimpanan Rekod: Menyimpan rekod jualan dan interaksi dengan pelanggan.
• Perkhidmatan Selepas Jualan: Membuat follow-up dengan pelanggan yang telah membeli produk dan memastikan pelanggan berpuas hati dengan servis yang diberikan.
