Tanggungjawab
- Mengendalikan kerja-kerja perakaunan harian (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Ledger).
- Menyediakan dokumen pembayaran, invois dan rekod kewangan.
- Melakukan bank reconciliation dan memastikan rekod adalah tepat.
- Membantu penyediaan Management Accounts bulanan.
- Menguruskan filing serta dokumentasi kewangan.
- Berurusan dengan jabatan lain berkaitan dokumen kewangan.
- Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
Kelayakan
- Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-3 tahun dalam bidang perakaunan (Fresh Graduate yang berminat juga digalakkan memohon).
- Mempunyai pengetahuan asas mengenai SQL Accounting System merupakan satu kelebihan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
- Bertanggungjawab, teliti, jujur dan mempunyai sikap belajar yang baik.
- Boleh bekerja secara berkumpulan dan menepati tarikh akhir.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
