Job description

Responsibilities:

• Purposely driver need to standby for director.
• To make sure vehicle in good condition (in/out).
• To be responsible for the vehicle used and to ensure that regular cleaning, washing, maintenance and servicing of the vehicle is being done.
• To report to the Management for any breakdown of the vehicle so that arrangement could be making for any repair job to be done at the Service and Maintenance Centre appointed by the company.
• To abide on all traffic regulations and to ensure the safety of personnel while going for any field assignment.
• To ensure that the vehicle is properly locked when parked and to check if it is in good order.
• undertakes any other tasks as directed by Management.
• Handle the delivery and collection of company documents and goods.
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within the specified timeline.
• Maintain the condition, cleanliness, and roadworthiness of company vehicles.
• Assist with operational and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with people at all levels.
• Ability to response in emergency case.
