Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Manager Livestream & Retail Operations in Bukit Mertajam

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead our team management and daily operational workflows. Unlike a traditional desk-bound corporate HR role, this position sits at the intersection of people management and e-commerce retail operations. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties—including heavy talent recruitment, performance tracking, payroll/commission calculation, and terminations—while actively coordinating daily scheduling and product line-ups for our livestreaming hosting team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Host Management & Operational Scheduling

• Create, optimize, and manage the weekly shift schedules for multiple livestream hosts to ensure maximum studio coverage and zero broadcasting gaps.
• Monitor host attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company live-selling guidelines.

2. Product Allocation & Live Merchandising Strategy

• Work closely with management to determine and assign specific watch collections (house brands and distributed series) to the appropriate hosts based on their performance metrics and target audiences.
• Coordinate the product lineup sequencing for each live session to optimize sales conversions.

3. Talent Acquisition, Performance Tracking & Dismissals

• End-to-End Recruitment: Aggressively recruit, screen, and onboard new livestream hosts and retail talent to match company expansion plans.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze host KPIs (sales conversion, viewer retention, and GMV) alongside standard workplace metrics.
• Decisive Consequence Management: Conduct performance reviews and handle termination/dismissal procedures for hosts or staff who fail to meet sales targets or operational standards.

4. Payroll & Commission Processing

• Consolidate live hours, attendance data, and order fulfillment reports.
• Accurately calculate and process monthly salaries, tiered commissions, and milestone bonuses based on verified paid orders.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of HR Management or Assistant Manager experience. Experience working in e-commerce, livestreaming agencies (MCNs), retail, or fast-paced sales environments will be a massive advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong foundational knowledge of employee management, payroll processing, and conflict resolution. Exceptional attention to detail when calculating numbers and sales commissions.
• Leadership Style: Assertive, highly organized, and objective. Able to enforce discipline, motivate sales-driven talent, and make firm decisions regarding underperformance or structural changes.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
