Hi, kami sedang mencari PEGAWAI PENGURUSAN PERHUBUNGAN PELANGGAN (CRM EXECUTIVE) (KEMASUKAN SEGERA)

✅Lokasi: Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu, Kelantan
✅Jawatan: Customer Relationsip Management (CRM) Executive
✅Waktu Bekerja: Ahad - Khamis (8.30am - 5.00pm)
✅Gaji: RM1,500-RM2,000 + Commission

SYARAT-SYARAT JAWATAN CRM EXECUTIVE:
✅ Berpengalaman dalam bidang CRM.
✅Mempunyai kepakaran teknikal dalam sistem CRM.
✅Berpengetahuan tentang kaedah pemasaran talian dan amalan pemasaran yang terbaik.
✅Rajin dan bertanggungjawab serta boleh bekerja dalam pemantauan yang minima.

SKOP KERJA CRM EXECUTIVE:
✅ Merancang dan menyampaikan stategi CRM yang berkesan ke seluruh organisasi syarikat.
✅Memastikan pangkalan data pelanggan dibahagikan dengan betul.
✅Menganalisis laporan pasaran untuk menentukan jenis trend dan promosi pemasaran yang terbaik.
✅ Mengawasi segala tadbir urus data CRM.
