Jawatan Kosong Account Clerk in Bayan Lepas

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Responsible on daily accounting entries.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
• Maintains accounting records by making copies filing documents.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve client's billing issues.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Account reporting

Qualifications for Account Clerk

• Minimum diploma/degree with at least 2 years working experience is required.
• Experience in full set of accounts (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
• Hand-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software(SAGE software will be an added advantage).
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Language requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak).

Working Hours: 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m (Monday to Friday)

Working Location: Batu Maung, Penang

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
