Jawatan Kosong Machinist in Bayan Lepas

CNC MILLING/TURNING/EDM

To be based in Bayan Lepas & Bukit Minyak

Roles And Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge to get the job done on time.
• To analyze and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools, and equipment.
• To prepare weekly progress reports.
• To propose technical improvements in the fabrication process, method, and speed to meet company standards.
• To coordinate with others to develop a good fabrication process for any job assigned.
• To have the commitment to estimate hours and lead time when required.
• Responsible for arranging and completing all assignments job in time.
• To control the highest quality of products produced.
• Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
• To ensure the work surrounding are kept clean and safe.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the machine.
• To follow Work Instructions and Standard of Procedures accordingly.
• All other responsibilities are assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience with CAM software.
• 1 to 2-years working experience in a similar capacity and similar industry.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to understand mechanical drawing.
• Knowledge and experience to operate the machine such as milling, lathe, grinding, CNC milling, and CNC lathe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
