Jawatan Kosong PURCHASING EXECUTIVE in Subang Jaya Job Details: PURPOSE/MISSION: The purpose or mission of this position is too responsible for procuring the goods, raw materials & services required to operate the organization effectively. Major Duties, Responsibilities & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsibilities for the purchasing activities
• Follow up closely on order deliveries to ensure no supply disruptions to production.
• Handle import trade and to comply with statutory rules and regulations.
• Play active role in resolving critical quality and delivery issues with suppliers.
• To collaborate with various inter-departments to execute the procurement initiatives, leading to completing the project within timeline successfully.
• Be updated with market information price trend and supply availability.
• To maintain updated purchasing records, supplier master and product information in the system
• Perform all other position related duties assigned.

Qualifications/EXPERIENCE

• Degree Holder with minimum 2 years’ experience
• Well-versed in Ms Office (esp. Excel)
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
