Jawatan Kosong ROOM DIVISION MANAGER in Melaka

Location: Melaka

JOB SCOPE

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on sales performance, new products, and customer feedback.
• Review sales data to identify issues and new business opportunities.
• Help customers maximize ROI from our products.
• Achieve monthly sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Work with the sales team to develop growth plans for each customer.
• Present marketing campaigns and promotions to stores or regional teams.
• Negotiate product listings and placements at store level.

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Qualification

SPM onwards/ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required

Years of relevant Experience / Knowledge

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector

Specific Skills/Preference

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
• Analytical thinking to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Customer-focused mindset to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and MS Office Suite
